1. We only provide a software service

AlmauraLabs LLC provides a software platform to organize sales, leads, automations, and integrations.

We do not act as the client's sales representatives, we do not draft or send messages on our own behalf, and we do not manage the user's prospecting campaigns.

All decisions about whom to contact, what to say, how often, and through which channel belong exclusively to the user and their organization.

2. Bad practices and compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with data protection, telecommunications, advertising, and consumer laws in your market.

AlmauraLabs LLC is not responsible for spam, unsolicited messages, unlawfully obtained contact lists, impersonation, misleading content, harassment, or any other bad commercial practice conducted through the platform.

If you use Taavy in violation of law or third-party policies, liability is entirely yours.

3. WhatsApp, Meta, and other platform blocks

WhatsApp, Meta, and other providers may limit, suspend, or block numbers, profiles, business accounts, API instances, or any connected asset for policy violations or usage patterns deemed abusive.

AlmauraLabs LLC does not control those decisions and cannot reverse them. We do not guarantee continuity of any number, profile, WhatsApp Business account, Meta account, or connected integration.

We are not liable for loss of WhatsApp access, profile blocks, account termination, messaging restrictions, Meta penalties, or loss of history, leads, or revenue resulting from such measures.

4. Automation and artificial intelligence

AI and autopilot features are assistive. They may produce inaccurate or inappropriate content if not reviewed.

You must supervise automations, especially those sending messages to third parties. Human review before bulk sending is your responsibility.

5. Billing and Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for subscription charges, taxes, receipts, and refunds. AlmauraLabs LLC provides the software; we do not process card payments and are not responsible for refund, chargeback, or tax compliance decisions of the merchant of record.

Billing disputes should be directed to the MoR first under the Terms and your purchase receipt.

6. No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, closed deals, or return on investment.

Examples, estimates, or metrics shown in marketing or the app are indicative and vary by industry, contact list, and regulatory compliance.

7. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Taavy, you confirm that you understand we are a software provider, that we are not liable for user bad practices or third-party blocks, that billing may be handled by an independent Merchant of Record, and that you assume operational risk for your campaigns and integrations.
