Privacy Policy

AlmauraLabs® LLC ("we") operates Taavy, a platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate and assist commercial workflows. This Policy explains what personal data we process, how we use AI, why, and your rights.

1. Data controller

Controller: AlmauraLabs® LLC.

Privacy contact: info@almauralabs.com.

2. Data we collect

We may process the following categories:

  • Account data: name, email, password (hash), role, and preferences.
  • Workspace data: business name, industry, CRM settings, products, and automations.
  • Lead and contact data you or your team import or generate on the platform.
  • Technical data: logs, IP address, session identifiers, usage metrics, and errors.
  • Billing data when you subscribe to a paid plan (handled by payment providers).
  • AI-processed content: messages, notes, instructions, audio transcripts, lead data, and other text you submit or generate when using Autopilot, copilot, classification, or AI-assisted extraction features.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the contracted service.
  • Authenticate users and ensure platform security.
  • Handle support, incidents, and operational communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
  • Analyze aggregated usage to improve features, where lawful.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

Taavy includes artificial intelligence and automation features (for example, Autopilot, sales copilot, message drafting, intent classification, audio transcription, and information extraction). These features may process personal data that you, your team, or your contacts enter or generate on the platform.

To provide these features, we may send relevant content to third-party AI model providers acting as processors, currently including OpenAI, LLC. We share only the information strictly necessary to perform the requested function.

Data sent to AI providers is used solely to generate the response or action requested within the service. We do not authorize those providers to use your content to train general-purpose public models when the provider offers a contractual opt-out; we use available enterprise or API settings to limit that use.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You must review them before sending them to third parties or relying on them for commercial, legal, or compliance decisions.

You are responsible for informing your end contacts and obtaining the necessary legal bases when you use AI to process their personal data, especially in automated messages or integrations with WhatsApp, Meta, or other channels.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers that help us operate Taavy (hosting, transactional email, AI, analytics, payment gateways) under confidentiality and processing obligations.

We also share data with integrations you enable (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.); those transfers are your responsibility and subject to third-party policies.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing.

Send requests to info@almauralabs.com. We will respond within reasonable timeframes under applicable law.

For detailed instructions on how to delete your data —including data obtained through Meta integrations (Messenger, Instagram, Threads)— see our data deletion page at /legal/eliminacion-datos.

9. Minors

Taavy is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. The last revision date will appear at the top of the document.
